      Where do I find the Target Zero Affidavit?

      To qualify for Target Zero, you must sign Target’s Affidavit.

      1. Check your inbox for an email from Dropbox Sign requesting your signature on Target’s Affidavit.
      2. Electronically sign the document. Once you submit your signature, you don’t need to do anything else as the document will automatically get sent to us.
      3. The affidavit must be signed by a company officer or legal representative.

      If you’d like to see the status of the affidavit, go to your Novi x Target portal and in the left-hand column, click “Documents.” If the “Contracts” section says “Signed,” you’re good to go. If it doesn’t, for your convenience, you’ll be given the option to re-send yourself the contract.
