- Submit an Ingredient Request: We have a vast inventory of materials that are in the queue to be published on our platform. To explore these options, click on the "Make a Request" button located at the top of the ingredient library page. Once submitted, our team will prioritize the publication of materials you need.
- Personal Shopping on Novi: If you have a list of materials that you would like to see published on Novi, you can email the list directly to your to the Novi team at marketplace@noviconnect.com. Our team will prioritize your list and share a set of curated options for you to explore within 48-72 hours. This includes verifying documentation, pack sizes, pricing, and lead times.
If you have specific materials in mind that are not currently available on Novi, we encourage you to utilize our request feature or contact your Novi representative. We are dedicated to expanding our library and meeting your material-sourcing needs.
