Setting Up Your Novi Login
Note: Please use Chrome or Safari to access Novi. Unfortunately, we don't support Internet Explorer at this time.

Receive the “Welcome To Novi” Email and click on the link to “Verify Your Account"

The link will open and prompt you to set your password:

After you’ve entered your new password, select the arrow:

You’ll see a message that the password has been reset successfully:

Now that you have your password, enter your credentials and hit continue:

Resetting Your Novi Password

To reset your password, navigate to the top right corner of your screen, select Settings, and click on Reset Password
