Setting Up Your Novi Login

Note: Please use Chrome or Safari to access Novi. Unfortunately, we don't support Internet Explorer at this time.

• Receive the “Welcome To Novi” Email and click on the link to “Verify Your Account"

• The link will open and prompt you to set your password:

• After you’ve entered your new password, select the arrow:

• You’ll see a message that the password has been reset successfully:

• Now that you have your password, enter your credentials and hit continue:

Resetting Your Novi Password

• To reset your password, navigate to the top right corner of your screen, select Settings, and click on Reset Password

• After you’ve entered your new password, select the arrow:
