Add policies -> Credo Clean Standard

Once you are signed in to your account for the first time, navigate to "Add Policies" in the upper right corner of your formula dashboard and select the Credo Clean Standard:
You can add as many additional policies as you want to get even greater insight into your products. Just make sure you have the Credo Clean Standard selected in order to share out with the Credo team and get approved.
