To complete your signature, Novi sent your brand's Pillar Agreements via Dropbox to the designated contact on file.
To qualify for Conscious Beauty, you must sign Ulta Beauty’s pillar agreement for whichever pillar(s) you’d like to enroll in.
- Check your inbox for an email from Dropbox Sign requesting your signature on Ulta Beauty’s pillar agreements. The email was sent on November 1st, 2024. If you did not receive this email, you will need to reach out to consciousbeauty@noviconnect.com.
- Electronically sign the document(s). Make sure a company officer or legal representative is the one to sign. Once you submit a signature, you don’t need to do anything else; the document will automatically be sent to us.
If you’d like to see the status of the pillar agreements, go to your Novi x Ulta Beauty portal and in the left-hand column, click “Documents.” If the “Contracts” section says “Signed,” you’re good to go. If it says “Not signed,” please submit the signature. If you cannot locate the original email containing the agreements, please use the “Resend” button on the “Your Documents” page. The agreements will get resent to the same authorized signer.
