How do I review my SKUs in Novi for Ulta Beauty’s Conscious Beauty program?

Your active Ulta SKUs are pre-loaded in Novi’s system. To confirm, check the "SKUs" section in the Novi portal. If updates are needed, please contact your Ulta Merchant to make any changes, and they will sync with Novi.

Your SKUs must be in our system to get Conscious Beauty verified. Novi has pre-loaded your brand’s actively listed Ulta SKUs via Ulta’s PIM system. Inactive or discontinued SKUs have not been added to Novi’s system.

To double-check if the SKUs you intend to submit are in Novi’s system, click “SKUs” in the left-hand toolbar. Please ensure all information is accurate.

In the event you need to make changes — for example, to the product name or ingredients — you must do so in Ulta’s PIM system. This must be done in partnership with the Ulta Merchant team - upon compeltion, the updates will then take effect in Novi 24-48 hours later.
