We’re delighted to work with consultants here at Novi and encourage you to request as many account creations as needed, based on the amount of brands you are working with.
In order to do so, we will need to get permission from the brand directly due to the proprietary nature of our platform.
Please ask the brand you are working with to reach out to us via email: support@noviconnect.com. Once we receive their request, we will be able to get you set up with an account!
We want to ensure that brands can trust Novi knowing that we have their important data, which is why we ask anyone without a brand email (consultants, etc.) for permission directly from the brand. We understand that handling sensitive data properly is important to the brands that use Novi and we would like to continue giving the brands we work with that confidence!
