How many accounts can I create?

You are able to create as many accounts as needed!

If you have multiple brands and would like to create an account for each brand please reach out to either Support or enter your information here.

Keep in mind, we cannot use the same email alias for each brand account as our system currently does not recognize the same email across multiple accounts - we will need a different email for each account you would like to create.

How many users can I add to an account?

You can add as many users as you’d like!

If you need to add a user, please reach out to Support with the following information:

  • Brand/Account Name

  • First & Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Title

Can I remove a user from my account?

Here at Novi we understand that you would like to keep your data secure - if you have a user that you would like to remove for any reason, we can happily do so!

To remove a user, please reach out to Support with the following information:

  • Brand/Account Name

  • First & Last Name

  • Email Address
